INTERIOR: Features a spacious interior with a shower including a rainmaker head, modern toilet with soft close seat, and a porcelain vanity with chrome mixer tap. All fixtures are WELS Watermark AS/NZS 6400:2016 compliant.
SECURITY & VENTILATION: Comes with a stainless steel lockable door, double glazed operable windows, and a rain sill on the entry door for enhanced security and airflow.
