RockCar 12 Complete Paint Correction Kit – Hard Paint

Overview

RockCar 12 Complete Paint Correction Kit is configured for harder paint and combines an 850W, 12mm dual-action polisher with a matched polishing set and cleaner kit.

Kit contents

• RockCar 12mm dual-action polisher with flexible backing plate, 2.9m cord and AU/NZ plug
• 4 x 145mm Autostolz Hard-Paint One-Step pads
• Autostolz One-Step Polish & Compound and RockCar Pegasus microfibre cloth
• Cleaner kit supplied with this complete-system variant

Machine and process

The polisher uses a copper motor, steel gears and counterweight, 101 cooling openings and a cooled backing-plate design. Prepare the vehicle with the supplied cleaners according to their labels. Work on cool paint in shade and test the pad and polish on a small section. Make controlled overlapping passes, remove residue and inspect before continuing. Rotate the four pads as they warm or load.

Read the machine instructions, wear eye and hearing protection, keep the cable clear and clean the pads after use. The polisher carries a two-year warranty.
